5 Reasons to Buy Kindle

I have five reasons that I think buying a Kindle is very much worth it and very much not a waste of money. Below are 5 Reasons to Buy Kindle (Based on Personal 6 months Use).

1. Improve your reading habit (You’ll actually start reading)

Number one is that there’s this age-old argument with Kindles that, “I just can’t get over the smell of a book” and like reading a book is so intimate and the actual feeling of trying the pages and this is true.

I used to feel the same way. But at the same time I was listening to some guy on YouTube and he really put it in perspective for me. He basically said that are you really reading these books or are you just romanticizing the act of reading and still not reading anything at all. I was like oh my gosh you’re right. We spend so much time romanticizing “oh and love the feeling of books and saying oh nothing could ever replace a book”. You’re right nothing can ever replace the feeling of a hardcore book but at the same time that doesn’t mean I’m actually reading books.

So if you really want to read books and not romanticizing without actually reading then Kindle will do the job perfectly.

2. Extremely portable (You can take it anywhere)

I’m reminiscing of a time when I was a kid and I love to read and I love to snuggle up with a good book. But now I’d rather pull out my Kindle. So this little thing actually allows me to just pull it right out and just get going. It’s so easy it’s so tiny it’s so portable it’s literally the size of my hand it’s not even it’s not as big as a tablet. So you can hold it easily with one hand.

This is it in comparison to my phone. And yeah so it’s really tiny and it’s amazing.

3. Help you build vocabulary

So if you are preparing for any exams and want to improve vocabulary. You are mugging up words after words and even tough you couldn’t improve. So trust me mugging won’t help.

You can use Kindle’s vocabulary builder to improve you vocab skills.

You can long press any word and you can learn the meaning on the go while reading. And the best part is after finishing the book you can visit all the difficult words that you have encountered and go through those words once again. You can also see the context, where the words has been used in the book. So it’s a better and efficient way to improve your vocabulary skills.

4. Reading multiple books at once

Beauty of reading multiple books at once.

I used to look at people who did this like either they were really smart and just really weird. But I read this somewhere that reading books is just like anything else. Like sometimes you’re in the mood for this TV show or a movie. It’s just the same case as in books.

You can read different genre of books depending on your mood and environment. So you are practically reading multiple books in parallel.

5. Read whatever you want and whenever you want

You can pick what you want to read without being judged. I feel like the space between a person and their book should be private.

That’s okay if you want to read Fifty Shades of Grey, like girl on the train like go for it but no one has to know what you’re reading.

You can also download PDF’s of any book and read it without actually buying, so practically you can own any book of this planet.

In case you have made up your mind to purchase Kindle or you already owned one. Then I would suggest you to check out our full review of Kindle Smart Flip Cover. It has all the features of official case but at a fraction of the price. I’m personally using this case for the last 6 months.
