For all film lovers out there, you know the importance of a sound in films. Sound creates a bond which gets you involve with the emotions that the director is trying to express. Creating a perfect sound for the required scene is always difficult and that’s why the Oscar winning films have an astonishing sound design. But it’s not an easy task. Sound design team takes months of hard work to create the desired sound and also take care of minute level of details. A good sound design can make a film from an ordinary to masterclass.
“Theme, character and plot“
The three most important elements of a movie—or any story for that matter—are theme, character and plot. The theme drives the character through the plot. If you get these three elements working smoothly with one another then you will get a good story. It’s simple.
Relax and Recreate have attempted to stick only on basics and created a short film based entirely on sound effects. Till today there are 2 short films based on this idea. The central idea of this short film is that the viewer will use his imagination to perceive what he’s listening. So the three elements are unique for every viewer depending upon his imagination skills.
